Shnipe was originally born in eSingapore, on day 791 of the new world. He immediately entered the country's IRC and began to be involved in Politics. At the time, eSingapore had a joke position on cabinet named the MoLulz, who was supposed to provide a bit of fun and games for the nation. Shnipe was able to obtain this job due to the nations relatively small size, and his presence on the IRC chat.
