I've talked to Grev about it, and he said that he wanted to get a start on it as well, but he doesn't mind if anyone else adds anything of interest as long as it's not strongly opinionated. Template - Citizen

Logomaster304 - as you can see the two eboxes - the Stub Notice and your Sandbox Citizen Template - there is a huge space between the start of the page and them. Why? --Geo "Talk Pages" Belea 10:44, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
