You didn't leave a link to your militia.... but I can explain... If someone is a proven leader, you must provide references to how they are a proven leader. The problem with the wiki, when you use adjectives--- proven, strong, etc. you must back it up with facts. --QJ Lincoln Talk To Me 12:55, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
