I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. All I did was take the template that I had on the Lewisism page and moved it to Template:Lewisism so that the Lewisism page wouldn't be as cluttered. As it turns out, I had no idea Template:Religion existed. I just went directly to the Dioism page, where I knew there was a template I could use, and blatantly ripped it off. After getting the message that I needed to use a template page instead of just putting the code right into Lewisism, I just cut it from the page and pasted it right into the template. I apologize if I have done some harm, but it was much easier for me to edit a completed "base" into what I want then fabricating an incomplete base, as I have very new and limited knowledge of Wiki-ese.

I am the leader of the Church of the One God in Latter Days and was wondering if you could help create a template for us like the Dioist one for our information. It would be much easier than pasting the large code in the main page.
