Image policy

Dear editor, I would just like to tell you that new Image policy has been implemented and I would like to ask you that when uploading try to name your file with some sense, especially citizen files which should be CitizenID.jpg (ID can be found in profile page of the citizen). About your avatar

Hi,
In order to retrieve the upload history of your original avatar, I had to delete your recently updated one to make room for the older file; this is the reason you may haven't seen your avatar anymore in your citizen page for few minutes.
Anyway, operation was successful and your avatar is back along with its original upload history.
