New Guidance for Translation

Remember when you create pages in Norsk, the only category on the page should be Norsk, unless they are added automatically by a template. Thanks!

Of course I remember you, you have helped the wiki a lot during the last few weeks. Right now things are pretty stable. I am the one that needs to do some work to spread Geo's message from last night. But RL is getting in the way. Right now there isn't really anything to do.
