Religion templates are only created AFTER the religion has been approved. Why spend time on it if the religion is not approved? Different people can help. Let me know what you need and I can see if I can direct you to someone to help.

Also, how can I possibly become an Engineer?

Experience. You must have over 400 contributions to the wiki. eRepublik:Engineer

How does one create a Category?

Categories are created by typing on pages [[Category:subject]], New categories are created once there are enough pages (usually at least 3) to make up that category. Items in a sandbox should NOT have categories.
