Good point... the page was created in error. His real eRepublik name is "Listhp Tomptos". I had followed an incorrectly spelled link on the PCP page when i went to create this. How do i delete this page?

Easy Fix! What you want to do is move the page. Open the page to edit it. There should be a tab at the top that says MOVE, click it. A form should appear, enter the name that you want to move the page to {Listhp Tomptos}, enter a reason (misspelled) and then click Save.
