Welcome to eRepublik Official Wiki!
The Wiki depends on quality contributions from users like you! Here are some things to remember:

  • Before creating a page, become familiar with the wiki format, templates, and other wiki specific items found here.
  • The wiki has a set of policies that must be followed: Policies
  • Pages that do not conform to wiki standards will be removed from the system in one week, so make sure you check back on new pages.
  • One of the best places to start is with your own autobiography, or citizen page. To start, we have created this helpful tutorial that will show you some of the wiki basics: eRepublik:Citizen Page Tutorial.

And remember, if you ever need any assistance, check out the sidebar on the left for help with Editing, Policies, or Templates. Again, welcome and have fun! Belea2008 20:22, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Tip

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to eRepublik Official Wiki. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "save page" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, you can either write on the Bar or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Icon-Canada.pngCode-Y Talk/Projects 21:50, 12 March 2011 (UTC)

Blanking Monsieur Guillontine page

Hello! You're not allowed to blank any pages even if they've been created by you. If you want the page to be deleted, please read EREP:DEL. Page blanking will be considered as vandalism. Thank you! --Icon-Finland.png sampo555 | Talk 19:13, 16 April 2011 (UTC)

Deleting pages (HOW-TO)

Getting page deleted is pretty simple. Just follow these following steps:

  1. Go and edit the page you want to delete.
  2. Add following code to the page: {{Subst:Deletion|username|reason}}
  3. In that code replace
    1. username with your name
    2. reason with the reason why you want to delete it.

Example code: {{Subst:Deletion|VietDragon|Not needed anymore}}

After that you just need to wait for some SysOp to come and delete the page. --Icon-Finland.png sampo555 | Talk 21:13, 31 May 2011 (PDT)

Monsieur_Guillontine

If you are told to add references, you must do that - you're not allowed to remove the notices from the page. Please provide references to the Monsieur Guillontine talk page (until that, Monsieur_Guillontine page will be protected). If you fail to do so, the unreferenced sentences will be removed from the page. --Icon-Finland.png sampo555 | Talk 07:03, 13 September 2011 (PDT)

Monsieur Guillontine

References are always a good thing to have. That makes your article more believable. From the ref needed he added to the page:

  • Although Monsieur Guillontine was at a great disadvantage - can't really be referenced but the following sentences are totally irrelevant: the amount of employees you have doesn't mean much in elections as nowdays people hardly know who they work for
  • Ward De Bever and splashdog showed strong signs of discontent over Jofroi's loss - fully biased accusing other of doing something without providing any evidence to back up the statements
  • Although the judges considered the case, in the end, Monsieur Guillontine was found innocent - Ward De Bever seems to think that Monsieur wasn't found innocent - so references could be used there too.

Just saying that those are valid points by War De Bever and in my opinion only the first one is kinda unneeded. --Icon-Finland.png sampo555 | Talk 21:31, 18 September 2011 (PDT)
