Venue Outside was one of the largest parties in Republic of China (Taiwan), always in top 5. It is uncertaing what happened, but in 2013 the party first changed name to Vice Out under seach and then in 2015 it was discovered that new name is N.A.C.J.A.C, orientation Center, ideology Libertarian.
Official the party was established to bring fun to the game. It is uncertain who established it though and when it disappeared exactly.
