Vlastenci (Czech: Vlastenci, English: Patriots) is a libertarian political party in the Czech Republic who later become Authoritarian political party (detected in December 2018).

The party is declared to be open for all Czech patriots - for native Czechs as well as Czechs at the heart, simply for all those who feel to be Czech (and Moravian) and are proud of it.

It was created with the ideology that comes from a strong tradition of Czech thinking - its democratic, state-building and progressive nature, shown greatly by T. G. Masaryk. These ideas have in Czech history (both RL and eRep) gone through periods of bloom and prosperity as well as of tragic oppression. It nevertheless survived and Vlastenci wants to represent these ideas.

Vlastenci is here simply for those who want to be proud of their Czech homeland and want to make a strong, united and prosperous country out of their republic.

History

Vlastenci was founded on August 12th 2015 by fwdre (president of Narodni Garda) and Qw1n (president of Svobodne Cesko)[1].

During 2015, mainly after the self-coup by the Czech government and the following dictatorship, the general activity and population of Czech Republic were gradually declining. Old players were stopping playing, newborn players were scarce and only a few new foreign players were coming to the Czech Republic via citizenship passes. In an effort to revive the community and counter this decline, a discussion between members of Narodni Garda and Svobodne Cesko started.

On August 12th 2015, after a long discussion, the two parties decided to merge into a new party. Svobodne Cesko was dissolved and Narodni Garda transformed into a new party - Vlastenci.
