History
Worldwide Services Bureau started as a joint venture, among several individuals of various national origins, for producing high quality, reliable, and competitive advantages in a globally focused and labor intensive world order.
Central Executive Officer (CEO) was Tony Toot who took over that position after the death of its previous caretaker, CEO Soupy.
Mission & Values Statement
One of Worldwide Services Bureau founding CEO's, Soupy, stated that "its [Worldwide Services Bureau] humble mission is to achieve or enhance dominant leadership, worldwide, in the existing or new private product categories in which we choose to compete."
In the accountability portion of the Worldwide Services Bureau Mission and Values statement, the Organization has stressed its long-held view of good citizenship: "We will give back to the communities in which we operate and consistently consider social issues responsibly.", CEO Soupy declared in the organization's founding statement.
