Lieber7, is one of the most well known citizen in eIsrael. He was the founder of the MU Negev and was also commander of ISA. After he was the president of eIsrael he decide to move to Portugal for a few months to let Israel to grow as a Nation. Then he came back and with Sicarius and Neta12 were in charge of the fusion of two MU (Negev and ISA) into 1948, a Stronger one, where right now he is the commander.
