United States Training Corps
The 2nd Combat Division was formed by GEN Angelini after the restructuring of the United States Training Corps.
The USTC Combat Division was where most soldiers found themselves after a stint in the Reserve Division. Once proven, they were assigned to 2 Div, where they were given the opportunity to rank up using occasional weapon supplies. Once billets open in the more advanced branches of the eUS Armed Forces (ie, Home Guard, Mobile Infantry, Army, and Marine Corps), and the soldier met those requirements, they were free to leave the USTC and move into those branches. The Combat Division was the only division of the USTC that is currently mobile.
The Division was proposed and under construction, but due to budget restraints and lack of purpose, it was scrapped in January of 2010.
