The Thirty-Eighth Congress of the Philippines was the former meeting of the national legislature (Philippine Congress) of the Republic of the Philippines. It was convened after the May 25, 2012 congressional elections, after a month with no congress. Congress members of the Thirty-Eighth Philippine Congress had served starting from May 26, 2012 until June 25, 2012.
