The 6th Parliament of New Zealand was in session from March 25 to April 25, 2011. The membership was set by the March 25 parliamentary elections. It was the first Parliament to lack a single-party majority since November, 2011.

The Red label Party held a plurality of seats and was the party of both Presidents loader and his successor Ivan Miletic (who both served during its existence). The party had a good working relations with both Free Texas and Ranginui who had supported Miletic in the March Presidential elections. This effectively created a working majority for Miletic in Parliament.

Of the two minor parties, the Taranaki Tribe was also a supporter of Miletic and therefore could be counted on to vote with the majority in Parliament. The only hold out was Bass Junkie, the lone member for the former majority party, Aotearoa. However, his vote was insignificant to the outcome.

The sixth Parliament was noted for two crucial changes that it enacted during its time. Firstly, it supported the President in negotiating the return of Wellington to NZ control. This resulted in a vote of money be given to the Indonesian government. The second major change that it enacted was the signing of Protection Pacts. While the previous Parliaments has leaned towards Phoenix and its later successor ONE, this Parliament firmly aligned NZ with ONE. MPP's with Serbia, Poland, Hungary and Spain were all signs of this shift.
