The 9th Parliament of New Zealand was in session from June 25 to July 25, 2011. The membership was set by the June 25 parliamentary elections. It was the fourth consecutive Parliament to have only four parties represented.

All four parties returned to Parliament, with nearly the exact strength as when they left it. The Red label Party (RLP) retained a plurality of seats but saw it drop by 2. The Ujedinjenje ili smrt (UIS) returned with a stronger contingent, gaining 2 seats in the election. Ranginui returned with one less seat, while the Peace 'n' Prosperity Party returned up one seat.

The ninth Parliament saw little major activity take place during its time and no major political realignments. The incumbent President, kurojca, who was from the RLP had good working relations with the UIS and Ranginui. He also appointed a large contingent of PnPP members to Cabinet, therefore assuring the parties support. The Parliament continued to support NZ's foreign policy ties with ONE and sought to implement an immigration program. However, due to government inaction, the immigration program stalled and little else besides money transfers were carried out.
