A KARD is a political party in Hungary. The name is an abbreviation of Konzervativ Anarchista Reform Diplomácia (Conservative-Anarchist Reform Diplomacy)
History
The party was originally founded as MDMP (Magyar Demokratikus MunkaPárt) in february 2008. with center-right, liberal attributes. As MDMP, it gave two Presidents (Prinz Eugen and ArCrimson), and in coalition with MHP and NEP another, Haglee. In November, 2008. the party is reformed, and gets a new nam, Demokratikus Konzervatív Párt (Demcratic Conservative Party, DKP). In December it is almost TO-ed by Romanians, only a cooperation saves it. In January 2009, sanya18, Feherlofia Koppany and Quicksilver reforms the party, and it is renamed as Konzervativ Anarchista Reform Diplomácia (Conservative-Anarchist Reform Diplomacy - KARD (meaning sword in Hungarian)). In 2008 February, Quicksilver wins the presidency with KARD, Szolidaritas Party and PPL. The party slowly grows into the top 5 and gives congress members - usually in minority, but the members are always active players, and so the party is giving mostly the congress president and several other government members. In April and May, Feherlofia Koppany wins presidency with a coalition of KARD and MHP; in July Kampec wins with KARD alone, in October Kolozs wins with MHP-KARD-CNRP, in December, again Feherlofia Koppany with KARD.
