Al Raposas was the 51st and 91st President of the Philippines, a devoted employee, strong soldier, respected journalist, and prolific statesman in the Philippines.

Family Background

On Day 1597 (April 1, 2012), Al's father was born in the New World as a Filipino citizen. He joined the Philippine Military Academy (wherein he was a Major) and the Kilusan ng Makabayang Pilipino (KMP). He was the Press Director of the newspaper Philippine Daily Sun, which had 21 subscribers and 22 articles in its lifetime. He ran for Party Presidency in the KMP on April 15, landing second to Aersidius. On Day 1617, during the height of the Indonesian invasion of the Philippines, he spoke against the socialist regime at the time. On Day 1620, he declared his desire to run as KMP's candidate as Country President, complete with a platform ranging from foreign to internal affairs. This was not taken seriously by his party mates, who nominated a veteran citizen instead. Then, for some unknown reason, he was permanently banned by Erepublik administrators on Day 1630 (May 6, 2012).

For seven days in December of 2012, Al Raposas was employed by a Filipino citizen named Ian Royce Fadol. For seven days in January 2013, Al Raposas was employed by an Indonesian citizen named mariodira. For seven days in February of 2013, Al Raposas was employed by a Filipino citizen named Graevon. Al Raposas last known employment was working for rrogle (Level 232), an elite Chinese citizen living in Beijing.

Military service

The military unit Raposas joined was the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), later a private training unit. He became captain of Regiment 4 on October 16, 2012, or Day 1792, a position he held for a long time. Under his captaincy, the 4th Regiment became the most powerful and active regiment in the military unit, with an average of 592,000 influence every week. Raposas produced around fifteen percent of the weekly influence his regiment can do (338,480), as of the second week of January 2013. As of the third week of February, Raposas produced around eighteen percent, a full 3-percentage point rise from the second week of January, of the weekly influence his regiment can do (660,290). As of the last week of June, Raposas produced around thirty-nine percent, which had been more than double from the third week of February. He reached the military rank of  Field Marshal. On April 12, 2013, he was made Second Commander of PMA. His last known military unit was the Philippine Special Forces.

The official newspaper published by Al Raposas is the Philippine Querier. The first article published by the newspaper was entitled Happy Day, Philippines!, dated Day 1782, or October 6, 2012. The starter article received seven votes. As of January 2013, the newspaper had 33 subscribers and 60 articles. As of February 2013, it had 62 subscribers and 88 articles. As of November 2014, it had 115 subscribers and 159 articles.

Government Experience

Political Party

Raposas joined the party Kilusan ng Makabayang Pilipino (KMP) on Day 1782. He first ran for Party Presidency on October 15, 2012, but landed only third out of six candidates. He garnered 15.00% of the vote (3/20). He ran for the second time on November 15, 2012, but the party presidency still eluded his grasp. He landed second out of three candidates, garnering 38.89% of the vote (7/18). He ran again on December 15, 2012, but Raposas landed second again out of three candidates. He garnered 36.84% of the vote (7/19). He ran again on January 15, 2013, but Raposas landed a mere third out of four candidates. He garnered 14.29% of the vote (3/21). He ran again on February 15, 2013, but Raposas landed second out of four candidates. He garnered 21.43% of the vote (3/14). After administering a few parties other than KMP, Raposas returned to run for its party presidency once more. He landed last of the two candidates. He garnered 14.29% of the vote (1/7).

In November 2016, Al started a new party - Kilusang Bagong Pilipinas. There he served 11 terms as party president.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On October 6, 2012, Raposas was made Ambassador of the Philippines to Asia and the Vice Minister in the Department of Foreign Affairs. He was the first to serve the post, which was created by unifying ambassadorships of the Philippines to other Asian countries. He served until November 5, 2012. The Ministry appointed him again as Ambassador to Asia on December 6, 2012, a position he held until January 5, 2013. On January 6, 2013, Raposas held the two positions, Ambassador to Asia and Vice Minister, again. Raposas, through the Philippine Querier, had published 8 articles for the Ministry.

Ministry of Education

On October 6, 2012, Raposas was made Vice Minister in the Department of Education. On November 6, 2012, he began his two consecutive terms as Minister, which ended on January 5, 2013. Raposas became the second Minister to be appointed in two or more consecutive terms. He had published 7 articles in those three months which contained tutorials for young citizens. On Day 1801, while Raposas was serving as Vice Minister, the eUP was established with Vincenzo Roque as its first dean. During his term as Minister, Raposas supported eUP by donating food and money, as well as promoting it with his newspaper, the Philippine Querier. Raposas also changed the logo of the Ministry. On January 6, 2013, he was again made Vice Minister of Education.

Ministry of Defense

On January 6, 2013, Raposas was made Minister of the Department of Defense. He then revived a supply program which covered only citizens below Level 30, and it is still in operation. As of Day 1905, the Ministry had distributed 1170 pieces of six star quality (Q6) weapons and 1800 pieces of five star quality (Q5) food.^[3] He was again made Minister on February 6, 2013, making him the eighth Minister to be appointed in two or more consecutive months. On February 19, 2013, the supply system was operated again under Raposas. It had distributed 750 six star quality (Q6) weapons.

Congress

Raposas also ran for a seat in the 43rd Philippine Congress, the first elections wherein the new election rules were used. He did not make the quota of six congressmen from their party. For the 44th Philippine Congress, Raposas had the second seat out of six seats won by KMP. KMP fielded 11 candidates, which included Liana Paldrov as the 11th candidate. On February 6, 2013 (Day 1905), Raposas assumed the post of Interim House Speaker.^[4] On February 26, 2013, he was re-elected to the 45th Philippine Congress and retained the speakership, but he resigned on March 1 (Day 1928) when his tax reforms on food languished in Congress.

President

The Age of R began after the confirmation of the eRepublik administration of the victory of Al Raposas as President of the Philippines on July 6, 2013 (Day 2055). Raposas is the 51st president of the Philippines, and the 37th president since Rising. He was the first Filipino president to be elected since the Macedonian PTO of January 2013. His term was renewed upon his election on August 6, 2013. He ran for a third consecutive term on September 5, 2013, but lost to the agent of chaos with a vote of 28-28. On December 5, 2016, he was elected president once more, making him the fifth Philippines president to have three terms, and the first one to do so in four years.

The period is known as Sandigan (English: Foundation) began after the confirmation of the eRepublik administration of the third victory of Al Raposas as President of the Philippines on December 7, 2016 (Day 3305), exactly 1,250 days since he was first elected as president.^[5] Raposas is the 91st president of the Philippines, and the 5th president to be elected thrice.^[6] He was the first Filipino president to be elected in the past three years, and the first Filipino monarch to be elected president.^[7]

Monarchy of the Philippines

Raposas assumed the title of monarch upon confirmation that he was the top nobility remaining in the designated line of succession. He is the second Filipino monarch since the monarchy was established in 2013. Upon assumption of the throne, he changed the official title of the monarch from lakan to maharajah in his willingness to display magnanimity.^[8]

Miscellaneous

Raposas organized and headed the E-Palarong Pambansa, a four-day off-site mini-Olympics held in commemoration of the fourth year of the Philippines in the New World. Four athletes participated in this endeavor which cost the government 5,400 PHP.

Raposas was also a member of the reestablished Philippine monarchy, wherein he was Duke of Luzon. He ran for Grand Duke but lost the position to Lacon Yan. Thereafter, he succeeded Yan as Grand Duke of Luzon.
