Allan Dobrowolski was a Russian-born American citizen, who was martyred in Punjab, Pakistan. He was the author of the newspaper Pyromancer Chronicles and the General manager of The Pokemon Company and TF lndustries.

Citizen Life

Allan was born in Volga, Russia on August 11, 2009. Shortly after reaching Level 5, he moved to Far Eastern Russia to make use of the hospital in the region. Allan's lack of knowledge of the Russian language and influence from friends drove him out of the country to Great Andes, Peru with the ultimate goal of reaching the United States of America.

On August 31, 2009 (a day before the Second Battle of California), he received a moving ticket from Emerick, the President of the USA at the time. He moved to Florida and took part in the battle the next day. This was his first significant battle and he contributed 13 fights for the USA despite being a fairly new citizen at the time.

He moved to Peninsular Malaysia, Malaysia on September 19, 2009, at the request of Balkan Beast, and was immediately granted citizenship. He became a front-runner and founding member of a political movement known as "The Mudkip Movement" and started a career in politics.

After the Congress elections on November 25, 2009, Allan returned to the USA, moving to California in order to pursue a more active military career.

On December 14, 2009, he was offered the position of Minister of Defense in the proposed take-over government in South Africa. He moved to Limpopo that day. However, the proposed take-over government did not last long, and on December 16, 2009, he moved to Beijing, China to consider his future. On December 20, 2009, he moved to Central Thailand, Thailand, where he stayed for a week.

Due to the lack of good jobs and an Indonesian take-over in Thailand's December elections, he returned to the USA on December 27, 2009 to continue serving in the military. Once the situation improved, he headed back to Thailand on January 30th, 2010 in order to assist with the development of their military program.

On March 30, 2010, he returned to the USA once again, heavily influenced by Emerick's return. He obtained citizenship on April 1st. He was accepted into SEAL Team 6 on April 13, 2010, fulfilling one of his eRepublik dreams. However, SEAL Team 6 didn't live up to what he thought it would, so he quit after 16 days of service after deciding to go for a term in American Congress.

His term in Congress did not last, as on May 7, 2010, he left for Pakistan, to die in the sands. He revealed a list of his multi accounts and submitted them to the admins so that they could use the information to potentially stop cheating once and for all. He was banned on May 11, 2010. However, his departed soul was restless and Dio created a new, earthly vessel for him to continue his work. He was reincarnated as Nitrous Oxide.

Political Career

Allan's political career started in Malaysia, where he had the first taste of being a Congressman with the Federal Unity Party, despite only being one for five days. He joined the Federal Unity Party immediately after moving to the country, and began organizing a run for Congress. On September 25, 2009, he was elected as a Congressman in Sabah with 3 votes[1]. However, on September 30, 2009, his Congressman status was stripped and given to DonDefensor who also had 3 votes. This was due to a bug with the election system, and DonDefensor should have originally won the tiebreaker because he had more experience.

Shortly before being stripped of his Congress seat, he joined a party by the name of The Well Hung Parliament with fellow Congressman Balkan Beast. They struck a deal with Docca, the Party president at the time, to take control of the party for a political movement called The Mudkip Movement.

After being removed from Congress, he was informally appointed as a Malaysian Senator, which is defined as a group of citizens who give advise to the Congress/Government, and are allowed to take part in any debate and discussion on the national forums.

Next month, on October 24, 2009, he stated his intention to run once again for Congress in Sabah with the newly formed Mudkip Workers Party[2], an election he lost in a very close battle[3].

On November 8 and November 12, 2009, he was appointed as the Malaysian Ambassador to the United States of America and Canada, by Nowe, the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the time.

After Balkan Beast resigned from the Mudkip Workers Party, Allan won the Party president elections in November[4].

On November 24, 2009, he made a decision to run for a third straight attempt in Sabah. He was beat out in the last minute[5], and shortly after the frustrating defeat, he decided to resign from Malaysian politics and return to the USA, giving control of the MWP to Dekona Rodriguez.

When he returned to the USA, he joined the United States Workers Party and briefly considered running for Congress in Colorado; however, he decided not to run, as he was serving in the military.

In Thailand, he attempted to run for Congress in February 2010, but did not make the final candidate list as he tried to run in a party controlled by Indonesians[6].

On April 23, 2010, back in the USA, he stated his intention to run for Congress in USA-controlled Southern Thailand as a member of the American Progressive Front[7], despite really being a member of S.E.E.S.. He won in a landslide victory[8] and was a Congressmen in the 29th US Congress. He resigned on May 7, 2010, putting an end to his political career.

Military Career

Allan's military career started off with the Second Battle of California, where he contributed 13 fights, and he fought hard for the USA throughout the campaign to rid PEACE forces from North America. Despite not being able to afford weapons and being low rank, he fought to the best of his ability to gain experience. When he moved to Malaysia, he joined the Tentera Darat Malaysia (TDM) to continue fighting as a real soldier.

He won his first and only Battle Hero medal in a battle for Mindanao[9] (part of the Southeast Asian War Games) against his home country, with co-ordination from Badlands17, Malaysia's president at the time. He obtained the medal with a mere 6.4 Strength, doing 636 points of damage in 9 fights.

Balkan Beast, leader of The Mudkip Movement, eventually formed the Mudkip Revolutionary Faction as a branch of the TDM, and Allan was made CO of the Mudkip Mobile Forces. The first and only deployment during Allan's time in the MMF was in Slovakia on November 5, 2009 to help the defenders repel the Hungarian attack on Central Slovakia.

On November 12, 2009, Balkan Beast resigned from the faction, leaving Allan in charge. Allan restructured the Mudkip-themed military unit to fit into the TDM and was the former CO of the company, as well as a member of the non-moblie squad. The Mudkip Company had 3 platoons: a training platoon given the name (the) Mudkip Training Division, a non-mobile platoon given the name (the) Mudkip Homeland Guard, and a mobile platoon given the name (the) Mudkip Special Forces. The company dissolved after Allan left Malaysia in November 2009.

On November 30, 2009, he was accepted into the United States Mobile Infantry where he was assigned to the 6th platoon of the Charlie Company. On December 14, 2009, he took a Leave of Absence to pursue an offer of a government position in South Africa. He returned to duty on December 28, 2009, after things didn't go as originally planned.

He officially resigned from the MI on January 30, 2010, to pursue other opportunities in Thailand, where he was appointed as an Executive Officer with the rank 2nd Lieutenant in the first unit of the Mobile Infantry of Thailand. He was eventually promoted to the General rank, and became the head of the MIT. When he left Thailand on March 30, 2010, he left the MIT in the hands of Vincent Garibaldi.

Upon his return to the USA, he enlisted in SEAL Team 6. His application was accepted on April 13, 2010, and he served with them for 16 days before resigning due to being a Congressman and the lack of being given a Leave of Absence. This was the end of his military career.
