History

• In May 2008, it was taken over by Pakistan as a result of the China-Pakistan War.
• In February 2009 of small group of non-Chinese^[1] citizen decided Anhui needed "freeing". This was despite the fact the only citizen at the time, BGBW, lived there happily.^[2]
