Biography
Arthur Wellesley was born in Wales on Day 455 (17 February 2009) of the New World. Wellesley advanced quickly, becoming an active member of the United Kingdom Reform Party and a member of the UK Government. In his time in the UK, he has served as a Member of Parliament for Wales twice, an apprentice in the Ministry of Finance, Under Minister of Finance, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Minister of Finance) under Prime Minister Sara Droz.
Wellesley was also the Party President of the United Kingdom Reform Party and an active member of the UK community. He was the owner and primary shareholder of the Wellington Chase Bank and it's subsidiary Wellington Chase Investments, which was co-managed by Stephen Torrington and Vinners.
