Ash Brandon was a citizen of United Kingdom who served in Royal Navy.
Ash Brandon, formerly Skibbler, found the New World at the beginning of 2012. Ash joined the UK forums and The Unity Party after being sent several recruitment mails from various members of TUP. Ash thought by joining TUP he would have a fun and enjoyable time in the party while gaining experience. He soon announced his candidacy for the party president position in the party, and his UK political career set off. Ash Brandon was involved in the party as much as he could be. From writing recruitment articles to editing the party's guides in the forums, he tried as much as he could to make TUP become a more successful party.
Vice Presidency of The Unity Party
Ash Brandon served two terms as Vice president of The Unity Party, dealing with affairs sent to him by the President that he was serving under.
February 2014
After announcing his candidacy for the presidential seat of The Unity Party, many elder members thought that he was a multi-account for being so enthusiastic so quick. Iain Keers, one of the party's main elders, soon announced his candidacy for the presidential seat as well, in order to protect the party from PTO attempts. Ash still tried to run a campaign against Mr. Keers, but failed, gaining under ten votes for the election. Iain offered the vice president's seat to Ash in order to let him gain experience politically, and Ash accepted. While VP of TUP, Ash posted recruitment articles and tied up loose ends in several places for the president.
March 2014
After Ash campaigned for party president a second time, but failed again. The president-elect, Talon Karrde, offered Ash the VP seat in order to prove that he was competent of becoming president. Ash accepted and did his normal routine, but studied the ways of the president wisely, as he would become president next month.
Presidency of The Unity Party
On April 16th, 2014, Ash Brandon became the party president. Ash had many plans, nominating several people in the party to become leaders of recruitment drives, writing articles about Congress change, and many other things. However, he never was able to get around to kick start anything as he did not know how or where to start. Ash's presidency declined after the Congress list for TUP malfunctioned and did not place candidates in the correct order. This became known all of the UK fairly quickly, with many party members questioning his credibility. Ash did defend himself, however, many elder members of the party suggested that he step down. After he set the presidential candidate, Ash Brandon resigned his post on May 4th, 2014, making the new president Dan Moir.
Move to South Africa
After resigning his presidency, Ash believed that his reputation was completely destroyed. He decided to move somewhere small and new, so he could gain back the credibility that he lost. Ash applied for citizenship in South Africa on May 4th, 2014. However, he was not accepted into the country until two weeks later. Right from the start, Ash joined a party and began trying to associate himself with the native South Africans. He was excited to start off his political career again, and he wrote an article stating that he hoped to be the president of South Africa soon, which set off many flags with the natives. Many experienced members considered Ash a PTO threat, therefore, the party Ash had joined did not give him any chances to be in any positions politically. Ash left South Africa around the end of the month of May.
Move to Canada
Ash decided it would not be good for him to move back to the UK just yet, so he decided to travel to Canada, to see if he could find any prospects there. However, Ash left fairly quickly, not even joining a party as he found the egotistical attitudes of the Canadians bothersome.
Back to the United Kingdom
Ash moved back to the United Kingdom in hopes to reconnect with his old friends back at The Unity Party. However, many of his old friends died off from his period of inactivity in politics. Ash then posted an article that received good criticism pertaining to the state of the country. He stated that a new leader must rise and radically change the way things work.
