It was founded by 
Argentina, 
Greece, 
Hungary, 
Romania,

Slovenia after TWO was dissolved.

On February 11th 2014 (Day 2275 of the New World) Asteria was founded by Argentina, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia[2].
