Battle priorities are used by commanders of military units in order to automatically update the battle orders in certain specific cases.
This sets up the automatic daily order for the military unit.
This page is accessible only to the commander of that military unit.
Battle priorities
On the military unit page, the commander will be able to set up a priority list of 5 countries, by choosing to fight for or fight against.
- The priority list is used in case the battle from the daily order ends or when there is no order.
- When the battle from the daily order ends, a new one will be automatically selected from the wars involving the countries selected in the 5 priorities.
- The order is updated to all the regiments where the daily order battle is no longer valid (the battle has ended).
Battle Priorities do not reset at the beginning of each new server-day.
When setting up the list of the countries, the same country cannot be selected more than once - all countries in the battle priorities have to be different.
How a battle is automatically selected
Example 1
If the commander has selected the following priorities:
- for COUNTRY A (100 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY B (50 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY C (25 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY D (10 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY E (5 points of priority)
the system will check if the following battles exist and will select the first one found:
- for COUNTRY A against COUNTRY B (150 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY A against COUNTRY C (125 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY A against COUNTRY E (105 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY A - no matter the other country (100 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY B for COUNTRY D (60 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY B - no matter the other country (50 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY C for COUNTRY D (35 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY C - no matter the other country (25 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY D - against COUNTRY E (15 points of priority)
- for COUNTRY D - no matter the other country (10 points of priority)
- against COUNTRY E - no matter the other country (5 points of priority)
Example 2
The commander sets the priorities for his MU like this:
- priority - fight for Romania
- priority - fight against Hungary
- priority - fight against Sweden
- priority - fight for Croatia
- priority - fight against Estonia
Imagine that active battles are:
The automatic daily order will be sorted as follows:
- Romania vs Hungary battle receives 100 points from the first priority and 50 points from the second priority, which is in total 150 points.
Soldiers will be encouraged to fight for Romania. - Romania vs Sweden battle receives 100 points from the first priority and 25 points from the third priority, which is in total 125 points.
It will be chosen only if the previous battle are not active anymore.
Soldiers will be encouraged to fight for Romania. - Romania vs Turkey battle receives only 100 points because it is only in the first priority.
It will be chosen only if the previous battles are not active anymore.
Soldiers will be encouraged to fight for Romania. - Croatia vs Estonia battle receives 10 points from the 4th priority and 5 points from the 5th priority, which is in total 15 points.
This battle will be chosen only if the previous three battles are not active anymore.
Soldiers will be encouraged to fight for Croatia.
The points mentioned above have nothing to do with the points in battle or anything. They are just used to explain how the priorities are chosen.
