'Blue And Evil was a citizen and Politician of United Kingdom, best known for his stewardship of the National Health Service for a number of months. He was a soldier in Irish Army.

2011
As a new citzen, Blue And Evil joined the United Kingdom Worker's Party and their joint Military Unit, 7th Armoured Division. Initially focusing on building an economic base, accompanied by some light military activity with 7th Armoured, he became disillusioned with the game following the collapse of 7th Armoured after the departure of Alfagrem, the Bob Boblo's House PTO of the UKWP, and game changes which made running a factory completely unprofitable without a massive purchase of gold. He left the game in June 2011.
2012
Blue And Evil returned to the game in April 2012, rejoining Every Single One which he was briefly a member of before quitting the game in 2011. He became involved in politics after helping BigAnt with supplying the NHS, who then recommended him for a government position as Minister of Retention in Jamesw's cabinet. Since then, he has held various government positions - including Vice Country President under BigAnt, and Prime Minister under Talon Karrde and has been overseeing the continued running of the National Health Service - NHS.
2013
In January, following increased hostility, hypocrisy, and idiocy amongst UK politicians, Blue And Evil left the country and moved to Ireland hoping to start a new Life, less plagued by drama.
