Captain is an officer rank, who holds a number of positions in organized militaries. Generally, he commands a regiment in a military unit. As such, the captain has the ability to set the daily orders for his regiment and remove members from their regiments who've been in the MU for longer than 2 days. If a military unit have less than 20 soldiers (and, by that, having just one regiment), a captain can be appointed as the 2nd Commander.
