Catalonia has been conquered many times in its history by France, but has always been recovered by Spain.
Like in Real Life, there are many Catalans that have a nationalist ideology and claim the independence of Catalonia in eRepublik, in consequence many independent political parties have been created in Catalonia's history and contacted admins in order to make Catalonia a new eRepublik country.
