Civil Intelligence Corporation was founded in March 2009, by various ePakistani citzens. It was inaugurated in Islamabad, Punjab in ePakistan. The Founders are relatively unknown, and leaked information regarding confidential special intelligence. Other known members include - Kemas Khan and Abuzer, the rest remain unknown.

History

The Civil Intelligence Corporation (CIC) (also Inter-Services Intelligence or ISI) was the largest intelligence service in Pakistan. It was one of the main branches of Pakistan's intelligence agencies. The CIC's role and function in Pakistan and abroad having contacts worldwide throughout the erepublik world.

The Inter-Services Intelligence was created as an independent unit in 2009 in order to strengthen the performance of Pakistan's Military Intelligence during the Indo-Pakistani War of 2008 and following. Its headquarters was initially located in Rawalpindi but later it was moved to Islamabad.

Objectives

The objectives of ISI were:

  1. Safeguard Pakistani interests and national security inside and outside the country.
  2. Monitor the political and military developments in adjoining countries, which have a direct bearing on Pakistan's national security and in the formulation of its foreign policy and to collect foreign and domestic intelligence in such cases.
  3. Co-ordination of intelligence functions of the three military services.
  4. Keep vigilant surveillance over its cadres, foreigners, the media, politically active segments of Pakistani society, diplomats of other countries accredited to Pakistan and Pakistani diplomats serving abroad.
