Cj Will Win basically has two halves of eRepublik life. Half spent in the USA and half spent in Israel.

USA
The majority of his life has been in the USA. Politically Cj Will Win was originally a Dem where he was mayor of Sacramento. Eventually Cj Will Win moved on to the Conservative Party (at the time, the Erepublicans for change). Cj Will Win served as Mayor of Austin and in congress under that banner. He helped with the conservative party as party vice president. He eventually became one of the first members of the US Nationalist Party.
In the military Cj served in several roles. He served as a private in the USA-Canada War. Cj was the first US Squad leader to be deployed abroad and took his squad in charlie company to do great battle on behalf of the USA.
Eventually he became the first General of the US Army and helped BuzzyTheCat in setting up the three branches (Marines, Army, National Guard).
Cj Will Win was chosen as first General of the newly founded United States Army under the new military structure. Cj began writing articles trying to recruit citizens for the Army, and it caused many people to join. The Army became organized, and things were looking very good. However, when V1 struck the Army had a drop in activity, and the Army was suffering. It was not paid for weeks (at that time, soldiers were paid for their service). When ThisGenMedia (Franco) became President, he replaced Cj with Moishe.
He served in different presidential cabinets as Military Advisor and Official Military Recruiter.

The second and shorter part of his Life has been just as exciting and eventual.
Israel
At the request of BuzzyTheCat Cj agreed to move to Israel to serve as General of the IDF. Upon moving to Israel he immediately became active, both politically and militarily. Cj eventually assumed the position of Minister of Defense and ran the military as Israel reconquered all it's remaining regions (thanks to the USA marines who fought valiantly).
Politically, he was a congress member. In the past two congressional elections he has been the person to receive the most votes for congress and is one of the most vocal and one of the most respected congress members. Cj have now also been the two time president of Israel (August and September 2009)
Cj also ran and became party president of the Israeli Workers Party.
