English

Die Boere Party (Eng: The Boer Party) is a South African political party, representing the Boer but also other Afrikaans speaking citizens of eSouth Africa.

Founding and viewpoints

The party was founded in may 2009, just after the arrival of the founder Dennis Pretorius in eRepublik. Dennis was shocked with the total lack of representation of the Boervolk in eSouth Africa and the big under representation of the Afrikaans language in eSouth Africa at the whole. The Boere Party's main aim is to bring the Boervolk under one banner against all enemies of the volk, both inside and outside eSouth Africa's borders.

Language policy

The sole official language of die Boere Party is Afrikaans. News written in the party's newpaper, Die Volksblad, will be written in Afrikaans and English. In cases where English is used, the American spelling is followed.

Afrikaans
