Emperor Dimow Brando was born in Bulgaria, but was citizen of many countries including Pakistan, New Zealand and is one of the sons of Dio.

Ealendil, now with a clear throat in the after-life, agreed to this offer to be sent down from the heavens to rule on earth yet again. But there was a catch, for although Dio Brando, the holy and immortal God Emperor of all Mankind (blessed be his name to the highest heights), is benelovent and loving, he does not want to be fooled, and so he gave Ealendil the body of Dimow Brando if he would accept to only doing good things on the Earth he walked upon. Should he go against his promise, Dio Brando, the holy and immortal God Emperor of all Mankind (blessed be his name to the highest heights), will personally come and rid him from earth eternally, so that his forbidden and ungrateful soul be devoured by one-hundred beasts with 5000 mouths.
