Dio Xian (688 –) is a notable citizen of Ireland, United States, Pakistan, and Japan.
Prerecorded History
Dio Xian first found the game in December 2008 and he bounce around from one account to another until he finally ended up with this one in October 2009.
Biography
Dio Xian was born a long time ago in Ireland under another name. There he went into the Irish Defence Forces and was a political maverick leading a small group of Irish players into Congress from time to time. He served in Congress Six times here and was a stand in President at one point after an Impeachment, Militarily he Commanded the Na Fianna. But the Irish Defence Forces were soon dismantlement and usurped by the new Irish Army. With this change in policy he traveled to America never to return to Ireland.

Dio Xian believes Left-wing Political theory, whereas the State is the main source of employment and economic growth. To be more specific he believes that Taxation of the Free Market should be at their max to help fund a massive Military Unit Commune infrastructure.
