District of Columbia is a region in the United States of America. The region was conquered by Portugal on August 4, 2009 during the PEACE invasion of North America. It was liberated on August 31, 2009. It was then captured by Portugal several days later, and returned by the Portugese after they signed a treaty with the United States. It was also captured by Serbia in WWV but was later recovered by the USA.
