Although his birthplace is unknown, Dokomo moved to North Korea in June 2010, where he served as a member of the North Korean Congress before fleeing a Russian Invasion on July 26, 2009. After coming to Japan, Dokomo became a Japanese citizen and served as President of Japan as well as Minister of Defense. Dokomo is also the former party president of the Godzilla Party.

Political Career
Dokomo became party president of the Godzilla Party on September 15, 2009, replacing Goku Jones. His first run for the country presidency ended in defeat, Oraizan of the eSOS Brigade receiving 225 votes, or 49.89% to Dokomo's 203 votes, or 45.01%, one of the closest elections in Japanese history.
After a term marked by inactivity and several high profile scandals, including undiscussed donation proposals to the National Bank of Japan, vote deleting in the National Forums, and an ill-timed alliance with Russia just before an attack on the United States, Oraizan announced that she would not run again for election, leading to Dokomo's landslide victory on November 5th, 2009. Dokomo received 232 votes, or 57.86%, to his opponent Lauri Mursu's 136 votes, or 33.92%, a decisive victory. Shortly before the end of election day, allies and/or members of Oraizan's administration orchestrated the Bank of Japan Theft in which all of the money in the national organizations disappeared.
President of Japan, First and Second Terms
Dokomo entered office on November 6th, 2009 with a capable cabinet that recovered the funds stolen from the National Bank of Japan and began to increase the funding for the military. The Imperial Diet raised the military budget from less than 1000 JPY per month to more than several thousand. The training program expanded and the Japanese economy began to prosper as the Japanese Imperial Army (JIA) consumed weapons more rapidly and exports grew as well.
As President, he played a pivotal role in the Second Kyushu Controversy. After an unintentional victory in the Battle of Kyushu, he later issued an ultimatum to the Phoenix alliance, which many considered a political show tactic, and eventually retreated Kyushu region for the benefit of his Chinese and American allies.
Minister of Defense
After pushing large military budgets through the Imperial Diet, Dokomo re-organized the military with a series of organizations designed to streamline weapons distribution. He also initiated the "Swords for Samurai" project which distributed government weapons to Japanese citizens during important battles. In May 2010, Japanese President Danyeo and Minister of Defense Dokomo planned the invasion and failed occupation of South Korea, also known as the "War of Lulz."
President of Japan, Third Term
On June 5th, 2010, Dokomo defeated Shimiken in the presidential election with a razon-thin margin of 213 to 212, or 43.92% to 43.71%. Allegations of electoral fraud were immediate and resulted in a heated exchange with opposition politicians in his inaugural article, also his final public statement. The term, marked with inactivity and political infighting, is generally known as "The Discostick Term."
ATO Activity
After the introduction of eRepublik v2, Dokomo returned to North Korea and received North Korean citizenship, ostensibly as part of an extended "ATO operation" approved by the Japanese government.
Rebirth
After an extended absence, Dokomo returned to eRepublik just in time to see his beloved nation of Japan eliminated by China/Taiwan With tears in his eyes he fled to the United States and joined the US Army. He is currently running for Congress but who knows where his talents will take him in the future.
