Dorra Youssef was a citizen, born in USA on 15 April 2011. A year later, on 28 October 2011, she requested the Egyptian citizenship and become Egyptian in order to help Egypt get stronger. She was a member of Tunisian National Authority. She lived in Cyprus.

Dorra does not give much care to politics but when Akrhaziel offered her ministry of Arab Affairs, she agreed.
In addition, president Varlosh offered her ministry of education due to a small tutorial she made, she also agreed.
Dorra is a member of Hizb An-Nahda, a party inspired from reality. She was elected as its president on day 1548.
Newspaper
Due to her position in Akrhaziel's cabinet, she created the newspaper Ministry of Arab Affairs in order to write the news of her ministry. After that, she changed the name of the newspaper to Carthage hoping it could be the voice of Tunisia in the game.
