This was perhaps the biggest and most publicized scandal's in all of eCanadian history. The dreaded master mind Dr Jayt3lz A.K.A Cesar Augustus made more multi-accounts then Canada could keep up with. They say he was making anywhere from 25-40 gold per day! He was found by Prime Minister Banach and reported. Banach found Master Augustus in Romania. He was then banned and left without a trace. He then hung up his mouse and keyboard and joined eCanada as an aid to help find multies in June 2009. He is now under the user name Cesar Augustus.
