Enosi Dimokratikis Aristeras (Eng: Union of Democratic Left), abbr: EDA was a left-wing party in Greece.
It was founded by Milios in 16 September 2009. It has, however, always been a party that stands by the weak and the indigent. As the only left oriented alternative amongst the major parties of Greece, it has often been pointed out as the common scapegoat, and its members usually stigmatized for their political beliefs. Because of this the party has become a target in different situations. Despite all these hardships the members of the party has never backed down from their beliefs.
EDA stands against oppression and injustice, and holds dearly the ideals of Popular Dominion and Internationalism. It is a party that holds its doors open for all aspects of the Socialist spectrum.
Party President was Makoulian.
Party held 7/40 seats in Congress of Greece.
