Er Negro was a Venezuelan citizen. Born in Venezuelan Capital, Venezuela, he quickly gained experience in military and politics.
Politics
Er Negro was a member of Democracia Proactiva, a Venezuelan prominent party. He was appointed in October 2010 as Ambassador of Venezuela in the UK, replacing Elvis Blanco Duno, who deceased that month by an account hacking.
He represented Venezuela, as Ambassador and Special Counselor to the Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the InterCon (InterContinental Summit) held in November 2, 2010, and organized by the UK Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He was appointed as Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs on December 6, 2010 by the then-President James Ivy, but he quit on December 12 due to a rift between him and some members of the Cabinet about handling of diplomacy. Nonetheless, he retained his diplomatic post of Ambassador in UK; in March 2011, he was appointed as Ambassador to Ireland. He quit to both embassies in May 2011.
He returned to active politics in February 2011, when he was elected as Congressman representing Central Venezuela, and reelected in March and April, representing Venezuelan Capital. After congressional elections in March, he was elected President of the Congress of Venezuela from March 29 to April 28. He was elected Congressman again in August.
He was the Party president of Democracia Proactiva from March to April 2011. Some time later, aimed by fellow party members, he ran again for Party President in September, winning as only candidate. Reelected in October, remained in his post until Telechris8 was elected as the new President.
With the recovering of some regions by the Venezuelan Armed Forces in April 2012, Er Negro campaigned for the first Congress in 8 months, being elected Congressman for Central Venezuela.
Within his party, he was elected to the Councilior Board in September 2012, and later elected Party President for a fourth time in November 2012. During his presidency, Democracia Proactiva stood in the congressional elections and obtained 9 congressmen, and he was among them.
At the end of his presidency in December 2012, he was named again to the Councilior Board by the new Party President, Rey282000.
Media
In February 2011, Er Negro founded a newspaper, La Cronica der Negro (Eng. Negro's Chronicles), where he regularly publishes critic articles about diverse topics, from sports to national and international affairs.
Military
Er Negro was a member of the Venezuelan Armed Forces in the 1st Regiment.
