										The PP oversees and in most cases spearheads the party’s day to day operations. A simple plurality vote decides the PP month to month. They are the Proud/Horny mouthpiece of the party, and have complete authority over all party affairs.

					The Chief of Staff assists the PP in day-to-day operations of the party, including forum management, policy issues, and daily briefings.						.

					The Treasurer is tasked with managing the party's expenses. They are the holder of the party funds, and are in charge of disbursement to the various department Directors as needed, after approval from the PP						.

Media Department Director monitors and approves of all party related press, his role requires work in recruitment, political, and retention related efforts. He also is regarded as the party spokesperson.					FedEx acts as a messenger to the whole party, tasked with delivering messages from the upper tier of leadership on the parties efforts, the director oversees this group of "Hooligans".					The Retention Director works to increase activity within the party					The Political Department Director manages the parties ideological goals, and ensures that all party assets are being appropriately utilized. He/She also leads all party primaries are overseen by the director this includes; mobile voting, blocking, candidate placement, and PotUS/PP nominations.					The Fun Department Director manages the party's contests & forum activity					The Recruiting Director is in Charge of all aspects for bringing in new blood to the party.

DMDP shall assist the Media Director in departmental duties and assume the position as Media Director when he is absent or incapacitated.					DFD shall assist the FOP Director in departmental duties and assume the position as FOP Director when he is absent or incapacitated.					The Retention Deputies manage various departments such as the Fun Department and NFLB but the main goal of the sole Retention Deputy is to do whatever is requested by the Retention Director.					DPDD shall assist the Political Director in departmental duties and assume the position as Political Director when he is absent or incapacitated.					Fun Deputy shall assist the Fun Director in departmental duties and assume the position as Political Director when he is absent or incapacitated.					The Deputy Director of Recruiting is responsible for any recruiting activity as directed by the Department Director
