Food raw materials were introduced on Day 1,269 alongside Weapon raw materials, to combine the individual raw materials used for production.

The presence of each raw material in the country of the producing company, will benefit the production of food raw materials (and food) by a certain percent, depending on the rarity of the resource. Deer provides 30% bonus, grain 25%, cattle 20%, fruits 15% and fish 10%.

Food raw material is produced at facilities like this farm. The citizen running this farm got bonus production due to territories their country owned.
