Forconin is the former president of Norway. He was also a prominent member of the United eNorway party, and one of the most economically powerful citizens of eRepublik through the Binary Group.

Right before the September elections, Forconin transferred 4000 GOLD from the Norwegian treasury to an SO account, leaving only 200 GOLD for his successor inunova to administer^[1][2][3]. This is called the Norwegian Gold Scandal.
