Foreigners in Chile was a Chilean party founded by Meanie Ferret Man on January 15th, 2009, a day later the country was created. It was born as El Primero Partido de Chile (Eng. The Party First of Chile), which was not true as that title is held by Partido Nacionalista de Chile, founded a day before. Shortly after, the party name got changed by Meanie, and party mission was set to welcome all foreigners, who fell like "strangers in a strange land"[1].
On January 21st, the founder resigned to his presidential seat and left back to the USA. Besides the election of 1 Congressman in January Congress elections, there isn't more data about what happened with the party, until the middle of February, when some ex-members of the Argentinian Movimiento Americano Social joined the party in order to re-fund it in Chile[2], which got official when helo12 got elected as the party president on February 16th and renamed it.
