A General Manager of a company is its owner. To become a General Manager, you must purchase or create a business.
General managers can work in almost ALL companies they own (the exceptions are Housing-related and Aircraft-related companies). To do that you must go My places - Company and press "Work as manager" button. When working as manager, you will work like you're an employee.
For each company you work, you:
- Lose 10 energy points
- Pay 1 Work tax (Values varies between countries)
When working as the manager and you won't get salary as you are the owner of the company.
General Managers have additional options on the Company (presentation page) that allow them to post jobs and manage employees, Upgrade, Downgrade or Dissolve a company.
