Heather Fuchs was an USA citizen. She was born in Pennsylvania, USA, on July 16, 2009 (Day 604 of the New World).

She was Executive Officer of the United States Mobile Infantry. She managed the MI's commune system, owning the bulk of the active companies.

Military Service

Training Corps

In the beginning of her military service career, Heather Fuchs joined the United States Training Corps. She completed the entrance exams within a day, and was transferred to the 3rd Division, where she served for a little while before being requested by the Mobile Infantry.

Mobile Infantry

Heather Fuchs began her career in the Mobile Infantry 6th Platoon, Alpha Company under LT JeepAmerica, who resigned a week later. Vytautus, the newly appointed commanding officer, seeing that she was becoming fairly active on IRC, offered Heather the executive officer position. Heather remained as the PXO of Alpha 6 for a month when she chosen by the newly appointed Alpha Company Executive Officer ABCDwp to take over for his vacant position as commanding officer of 2nd Platoon, Alpha Company.
After running Alpha 2 for a month and a half, seeing how active she was and how well she was running her platoon, Heather was courted by QMG Greene12 to join the ranks of the Quartermasters. Heather quickly excelled as a QM, quickly becoming the primary supplier during the V2 era. In October, however, she suddenly disappeared, being hospitalized in real life. Heather finally reappeared in the first week of November, having spent 4 weeks in the hospital, and quickly got back into the QM flow.
The beginning of February 2011 brought the retirement of long-serving Commanding Officer of the MI, GEN GoalieBCSC. The Executive Officer, tsewell took over as the new CO, and the Quartermaster General AutumnsDawn. Seeing the exception work Heather had done as a quartermaster, she was selected as the new Quartermaster General. The first few months of her time as QMG were a tumultuous for QMing, as a flurry of admin changes to the economy module - work as manager, unified inventory, production changes, and organization features being removed - meant a constant reorganization and tweaking of the commune and supply system. With Heather's direction and taking the reigns of the Mobile Infantry's commune system, the MI became one of the best suppliers in the entire United States Military, even as funding was reduced and eventually cut completely with the eUS Military's split from Congress.
After four months, General tsewell retired as Commanding Officer of the Mobile Infantry, having become frustrated and worn out by the aftermath of the split with Congress. AutumnsDawn took the reigns as the new CO, and selected Heather as her Executive Officer. As XO, Heather continues to manage the MI's commune system, without receiving any form of government funding.
