Businesses

In February of 2009, Heir Holley created his first organization, eDeutschland Finance Group. In March he used "DFG" to buy a for sale quality one wood company that was unknowingly built in a bad sector of Germany for 5 gold. He hired some citizens and immediately resold the company for 8 gold, making a small profit. On April 30, 2009, Heir Holley once again used DFG to buy a for sale quality one iron company (now known as DFG Iron LLC) in Bavaria and a for sale quality one weapon company (now known as DFG Weapon LLC) in Hesse. Instead of competing with other weapon manufacturers on the open market, [Heir Holley] decided to keep prices high. Instead he kept a surplus of 25 weapons on the market at all times in case of an emergency and sold the rest at discounted batch lots to Germany's supply. Organized by Chicco, Heir Holley and the Bundeswehr become close partners.

Realizing the potential of buying Romanian iron instead of supplementing his weapon company with his own iron, Heir Holley created a second organization and named it eRomania Finance Group on April 30, 2009. Using drastically reduced iron from Romania, he sold his iron on the German market to turn a small profit.

Realizing the potential of buying Indonesian iron instead of supplementing his weapon company with his own iron, Heir Holley created a third organization and named it eIndonesia Finance Group on May 17, 2009. Using drastically reduced iron from Indonesia, he sold his iron on the German market to turn a small profit.

He became Party President of the FDD in June, 2009. He has also been active in all party functions and activities and has executed his right to vote.

Congressperson

As congressperson, Heir Holley has consistently pushed for constant donations to the Bundesbank. He cared about money allocation to the different governmental organizations (Bundeswehr, Bundesministerium des Inneren, etc.) according to the budget. He told how money would not be lost in case a region was conquered, and if any government organization needed emergency funds, then the BundesBank could donate it without a twenty-four hour congress vote.

Term Region
March 2009 Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
April 2009 Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
May 2009 Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
June 2009 Lower Saxony and Bremen

Views

Economy

Key terms for viewpoints:

Low Taxes = 0%-19% Moderate Taxes = 20%-49% High Taxes = 50%-99%

The following table lists the raw material regions and quality there of.

Raw Material Regions Quality
Diamond 0 0
Grain 12 3High 9Med
Iron 1 1Med
Oil 0 0
Wood 2 2Med

The following table lists the tax values Heir Holley believes in.

Sector Income Import VAT
Diamonds Low Low Low
Grain Low High Low
Iron Low Moderate Low
Oil Low Low Low
Wood Low Moderate Low
Gift Low Moderate Low
Food Low High Low
Weapon Low Moderate Low
Moving Tickets Low Moderate Low
House Low Moderate Low
Hospital Moderate High Moderate
Defense System Moderate High Moderate

Germany will be independent in the need for Grain with the multiple grain regions and the high import tax. The low income and vat taxes will allow for a greater price-to-earnings ratio. With no diamond or oil regions, importing is the main priority as to the low import taxes. Germany is far from independent in terms of wood and iron, but with a few regions we should not fully emphasize on importation. Low income and vat taxes followed with moderate import taxes will allow for fair and healthy competition while giving businesses cheap materials.

With so many German weapon, moving ticket, gift, and housing companies, there is already enough competition on the market to disregard an emphasis on importing. Low income and vat taxes followed with a moderate import tax will allow for a good p/e ratio and healthy competition. Heir Holley believes that Germany should be independent in terms of food for it's citizens and therefore pushes for high import taxes and low income and vat taxes. Hospitals and defense systems suffer from low demand and is highly needed. There should also be an emphasis on independence from other nations in these two markets and therefore supports a high import tax and moderate income and vat taxes.

Foreign Relations

The full support of our allies is a top priority. A strong emphasis on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is at the base of healthy communication. Active ambassadors will be appointed to nations to establish/continue communication and report directly to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Military

Heir Holley believes that military leaders should make all decisions regarding the organization and structure from below the Ministry of Defense. The military should be entirely devoted to the defense of Germany and its allies, and that Germany has no claim in regions that do not originally belong to it. Germany will spread beyond its original borders only through diplomatic means or if Germany is attacked by another country in which a counter-attack that takes non-German regions is necessary. The need has shown itself for weapon companies to be a main priority. Even with the large amounts of weapons bought from private companies before the Third Sweden-Germany War, weapons soon ran out and gold was used to supplement more weapons at higher prices. With the addition of government owned weapons companies, this problem will be reduced drastically, allowing more gold to be spent elsewhere or on tanking if needed.
