Himan had very good manufacturing skill during V1. He has received 15 Hard Worker medals.

He served 2 terms as member of Congress and 1 term as President of Spain. During his presidency he co-signed the Treaty of the Brotherhood of EDEN among his collegeus at the time and brought Spain to EDEN.
