IlKaiser is a citizen of Italy.
He was born in October 13th 2012 (Day 1789 of the New World), still living.
He's known for being several time Minister of Economy for Italy and for being elected President of Italy for March 2014 term.

ilKaiser born October 13, 2012 he took his first steps in politics in the political party Aquila et Gladius although actual real militancy in it there was never ( as he himself says in his article ) . ilKaiser , during the congressional elections of October , pressure to the Board of Aquila et Gladius to be nominated for congress , unfortunately it will not be . After one month he understands that his political activities in Aquila et Gladius has come to an end, so he decides to change the way to join the party La Giovane eItalia . In November, during the period of the conference , the president of the party wrennina believes in him and a candidate for Congress . Become a member of eItalian Congress, but that's not all , December is run again and again becomes a member of Congress. In January of 2013 he began his adventure and experience in the God Dark theocratic government as deputy economy minister and was re-elected member of congress congressional elections in January. In February becomes economy minister in the mappina government , but its important step accomplishes in March and is a candidate for the presidency as the national president of the nation . Political parties La Giovane Italia and Lux et Ratio support him and gets 192 votes unfortunately not sufficient to secure the presidency of the nation. Also in March became party president of La Giovane eItalia. In April returns in full force as economy minister in the government Narcissus16 . Also in April around day 19 ilKaiser leaves the party La Giovane eItalia to land in the political party Lux et Ratio. In June the government Castell Militaristic is chosen as economy minister and then again a second transitional provision in the creation of the ESS becomes resposanbile of that. In July Dot Hunty is proposed in the government once again minister of the economy. In September is removed as head of ESS . In October, Government puts it at the head of the ESS, which is dedicated exclusively in the following months, with the help of his collaborators. During these months, will be released by Lux et Ratio, for, first, remain without a party, then, in December, to return briefly in La Giovane eItalia from which will come out after a few days. In January, he returned to the government, under Scricciolo, as deputy minister of the economy, and in Lux et Ratio. The next month will be dedicated to ESS and prepare the team and the program to run for president of the nation, something that will succeed for a handful of votes.
ESS
ESS is an acronym for Ente per le Sovvenzioni Statali , which is a state organization employed by the Congress whose internal management is delegated to an administrator. the purpose of the agency is to provide loans for gyms or for companies.
The agency was created by ilKaiser , who wrote , with the help of Yamisuke and Caleroide , the law establishing and subsequently the first statute . Following the hesitation of ilKaiser and a media event on one of the org assigned to the agency , Congress revoked him and appointed Benvenuti in California as his successor. After about a month , due to the resignation of the latter , the government Atlius II revisited ilKaiser as a manager, alongside Hermes 82 and Reynas as assistants , Congress passed and so ended ilKaiser to rewrite the statute that is still the current one.

Military
