The Israel Cooperative Party (or simply ICP) was created after Joshua Hoss took over the United Zionist Party from Malyn. He changed the name to Israel Cooperative Party. On Nov 15th 2010, Matan Danziger took over the ICP and changed the views from Center, Liberatarian to Far-Right, Liberatarian.
