Israel was born in New Hampshire, USA during the waning days of WWIII. Russia still occupied most of the country, and that energized Israel to continue playing the game. For the first 3 months of his existence, he two clicked, just taking in the game, but not getting involved in anything.

He is a member of American Military Party for a long time. He served several times as Congresman and he even managed to become President of the country twice.

He was a member of SEAL Team 6 unit before he become Commander of United States Army.
